London: Murray, 1917. 2 vols.). There is also an editorial mark in The Athenaeum which mentions a J. Thomas as co-contributor with DILKE, Charles Wentworth (Dilke the Elder) on "The Life and Times of Edmund Burke" issue 1582 in 1858.
