Questionnaire Analysis

The aim of this evaluation was to check that improvements which had been put in place after the first evaluation had led to a better understanding of the system. The questionnaire concentrated on four areas:

• how users formulated their initial query,

• whether users looked at terms from the ``Suggested Words'' list and whether they understood where they came from,

• whether users understood the implications of their relevance judgements,

• what users thought of ENQUIRE in general.
